Services
Tell us what you’re seeing. We’ll find where it’s coming from and treat it there.
German roaches breed fast in kitchens and bathrooms. The big American roaches, the ones people often call palmetto bugs, come in from outside. We treat the cracks, voids and appliances where they hide and breed, and we treat roaches in cars, trucks and vans too.
Droppings that look like ground pepper, egg cases in drawers, or roaches out during the day.
Ants inside usually follow a trail back to a nest in a wall, under a slab or out in the yard. We find the trail and treat the colony. Fire ant mounds in the lawn get treated too.
Trails along counters or baseboards, or new mounds in the grass after it rains.
Roof rats get into attics through gaps at the roofline and along fruit trees and power lines. We remove the rats and mice already inside, seal the holes they used and keep checking until they stop showing up.
Droppings, chewed wires or food bags, and scratching in the attic or walls at night.
Mosquitoes breed in any standing water: plant saucers, clogged gutters, the cups of bromeliads. We treat where they rest and breed in your yard and point out the water that keeps bringing them back.
Getting bitten every time you step outside, or standing water that never dries out.
South Florida has both drywood and subterranean termites. We inspect, tell you which one you have and how far it has spread, and go over the treatment options. For new construction, we also offer preventive termite treatment while the building goes up.
Discarded wings by windows, small piles of pellets, mud tubes on walls, or wood that sounds hollow.
Where we work
Pests get into more than houses. We also treat boats, RVs, aircraft and buildings still under construction.
Restaurants, offices and rental properties on a regular schedule, planned around your business hours and your tenants.
Boats and yachts. Roaches and ants come aboard with groceries and gear, then hide in the galley and cabins.
RVs, campers, cars and work vans. Mice move into RVs parked in storage, and roaches ride into cars with food, bags and boxes.
Aircraft and hangars. Rodents chew wiring, and insects nest in planes that sit parked.
Preventive termite treatment for new construction, done while the building goes up.
Houses, condos, townhomes and apartments.
